Reiki Healing Training

In addition to being a Reiki healing arts practitioner, Grace also trains others to be able to perform Reiki healing on themselves, their friends, family (and pets, plants) or on paying clients.

She offers training in all levels of Reiki, including level I, level II, Master and Master-Teacher Reiki attunements, passing along her lineage, which includes William Lee Rand and reaches back to Dr. Makao Usui.

Reiki training sessions are performed in Coquitlam on a one-on-one basis and, depending on the circumstances, can take from one day to several weeks to complete. Her students are then qualified to practice Reiki in person (with level I) and remotely (with level II).

Her students are provided with a vast array of information and resources to help in their understanding of Reiki, and to help them to adjust and grow in their practice once they have received their attunements, which open the Chakras of the body.

The training sessions, while based squarely on passing along the necessary knowledge, understanding and practices of Reiki, are very free-flowing and informal. Reiki, by its nature, can not be used in a harmful manner, but the more open and balanced the practitioner is, the better the effect upon the one receiving the Reiki treatment will be. So Grace's training sessions focus appreciably upon helping to identify and correct any imbalances - and thus typically include at least one Reiki treatment before attunement.

But Reiki is not an esoteric or rarefied practice. Anyone wishing to be initiated into the art can be initiated, though to be effective it is best that Reiki practitioners adhere as much as possible to the Reiki ideals of gratitude, honesty and kindness.
